新生儿腹部外科疾病的误诊及原因分析

目的：分析新生儿腹部外科疾病的误诊原因,以期提高对此类疾病的认识。方法：对误收入入儿内科的患外科疾病的患儿情况进行分析。结果：S一组患从出现症状到入院士产均8．9d,入院后也需平均4．4d才能明确诊断。分析误诊原因,归纳诊断方法。结论：为防止误诊误治的发生应对表现为内科症状的新生儿外科疾病保持警惕,内科医生应熟悉常见外科病的症六,体征,仔细全面体检,必需时辅助检查。

Misdiagnosis of Neonate Abdominal Surgical Diseases and Analysis of Its Causes

Objective To analyze the reasons of misdiagnosis for nenoate abdnominal surgical disease,so as to improve the understanding for this type of disease.Methods To analyze the information for those surgical baby patients who were by wrong sent to the physician department.Results There are average 8.9 days for this group of patients from early symptoms to being sent to hospital,and average 4.4 days needed to clearly diagnose.To analyze the reason of misdiagnosis and sum up the diagnosis methods.Conclusions In order to prevent misdiagnosis,it should be watched out for those surgical diseases that show out to be physical symptom.Infant physical doctors should be familiar with the symptom and physician situation of the usual surgical disease.They should make attentive comprehensive physician check and if necessary make some supplementary examination.
