| 摘 要： | 鸡屎藤、雪上一枝蒿、草乌、延胡索均有较好的镇痛作用，且与剂量呈依赖关系。当采用人的60倍剂量实验时，以雪上一枝蒿和草乌的镇痛率最高，分别为61．85％和68．34％，但不及杜冷丁(97．62％)；采用人的30倍量药物进行组合实验时，则发现三丁酸钠、雪上一枝蒿和草乌合用止痛作用与杜冷丁相当(各为70．5％和79．29％)。

| Abstract: | Fevervine, short-pedicel aconite root, wild aconite root, and corydalis tuber have very good analgesic function which has a dependent relationship with its dosage. While 60 times of the normal dosage was adopted in the experiment, short-pedicel aconite root and wild aconite root had the highest analgesic rates (61.85% and 68.34% respectively), which could not match that of dolantin (97.62%). While 30 times of normal dosage was adopted in the combinative experiment ,the analgesic function of short-pedicel aconite root and wild aconite root could match that of dolantin (70.5% and 79.29% respectively). |
