新型冠状病毒疫情下多中心517例血液肿瘤患儿的家庭管理

目的了解新型冠状病毒疫情期间血液肿瘤患儿的家庭管理方法。方法回顾性总结疫情期间在多中心儿童血液肿瘤科就诊的517例血液肿瘤患儿的临床资料以及家庭管理情况。结果517例血液肿瘤患儿中,男298例,女219例,中位年龄5岁4个月。急性淋巴细胞白血病260例(50.29%),急性髓系白血病36例(6.96%),重型再生障碍性贫血40例(7.74%),其他(包括淋巴瘤、神经母细胞瘤、肾母细胞瘤等实体瘤)181例(35.0%)。其中发热61例,咳嗽31例,肺部CT异常表现77例,门诊进行了新型冠状病毒核酸及抗体筛查的患儿结果均为阴性,患儿在日常居家、外出就诊途中及居家网络化管理中均采取了合理的管理方式。结论多中心儿童血液肿瘤患儿COVID-19感染情况较为乐观,合理的家庭管理让血液肿瘤患儿能够较好地避免院外感染COVID-19。

Family management of children with hematological malignancies during the epidemic of COVID19

Objective To investigate the family management of children with hematological tumors during the outbreak of COVID19.Methods A retrospectively summary was performed for the clinical data and family management of 517 children with hematological tumors who were treated in the multi-center children′s hematological oncology department.Results Among the 517 children with hematological tumors,there were 298 boys and 219 girls with a median age of 5 years and 4 months.260 cases(50.29%)were acute lymphoblastic leukemia,36 cases(6.96%)were acute myeloid leukemia,40 cases(7.74%)were severe aplastic anemia,and 181 cases(35%)were other tumors(including lymphoma,neuroblastoma,nephroblastoma and other solid tumors).Among them,there were 61 cases of fever,31 cases of cough,and 77 cases of abnormal CT manifestations in the lungs.Outpatients who were tested for novel coronavirus nucleic acids and antibodies were all negative.The children adopted good management methods in their daily life at home,on the way to go to the clinic,and in the home network.Conclusions The infection of COVID-19 in children with hematological tumors in multi-center children is more optimistic.Reasonable family management allows children with blood tumors to better avoid COVID-19 infection outside the hospital.
