济南市基层民营口腔诊所综合治疗台诊疗用水微生物污染调查

摘    要:目的了解济南市基层民营口腔诊所综合治疗台供水方式及诊疗用水微生物污染状况,为后续采取干预措施提供基本资料。方法采用问卷调查并采集水源水、储水罐水、手机喷水和冲洗水水样进行菌落总数检测。结果调查发现,64家基层民营口腔诊所的187台口腔综合治疗台供水方式主要有市政自来水直接或通过过滤装置后直接管道供水和外送或自制诊疗用水由储水罐存储后供水两类形式;共采集水源水73份,合格59份,合格率80.82%;包括管道供水31份和储水罐供水42份,两种供水方式的水样合格率分别为74.19%和85.71%,比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.530,P=0.220)。采集综合治疗台3个不同部位水样共284份,合格120份,合格率42.25%。储水罐水、冲洗水和手机喷水的合格率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.090,P=0.580)。口腔综合治疗台不同部位水样菌落总数均高于水源水菌落总数,合格率均低于水源水。拥有5台以上综合治疗台的基层民营口腔诊所的诊疗用水合格率为70.00%,显著高于其他规模基层民营口腔诊所(P<0.05)。结论济南市基层民营口腔诊所综合治疗台水路逆行污染,水源水卫生质量好于储水罐水、冲洗水和手机喷水;规模较大的基层民营口腔诊所的诊疗用水合格率较高。

Microbial contamination of treatment water of comprehensive treatment tables in grass-roots private oral clinics of Jinan

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the water supply modes and status of microbial pollution of treatment water comprehensive treatment tables in grass-roots private oral clinics of Jinan so as to provide background data for taking intervention measures.METHODS The questionnaire survey was conducted,and the samples of source water,storage tank water,mobile phone spray water and rinse water were collected to detect the total counts of bacteria colonies.RESULTS The result of the survey showed that there were two major water supply modes for 187 comprehensive treatment tables in 64 grass-roots private oral clinics:the direct pipeline water supply through running water of municipal administration and storage of delivery water or self-made treatment water in water storage tank.Totally 73 source water samples were collected,59 of which were qualified,with the qualified rate 80.82%;totally 31 piped supply water samples and 42 storage tank supply water samples were collected,the qualified rates of the two types of water samples were 74.19%and 85.37%,respectively,and there was no significant difference(χ^2=1.530,P=0.220).Totally 284 samples of waters were collected from 3 parts of the comprehensive treatment tables,120 of which were qualified,with the qualified rate 42.25%,There was no significant difference in the qualified rate among the water of storage tank,the rinse water and the mobile phone spray water(χ^2=1.090,P=0.58).The total bacterial colony counts were higher in the water samples of different parts of the comprehensive treatment tables than in the water source samples,and the qualified rate of the water source samples was higher.The qualified rate of the treatment water of the grass-roots private oral clinicswith no less than 5 comprehensive treatment tables was 70.00%,significantly higher than that of other grass-roots private oral clinics(P<0.05).CONCLUSION There is retrograde pollution of waterlines of grass-roots private oralclinic comprehensive treatment tables in Jinan.the hygiene quality of the water source water is better than that ofthe water storage tank water,rinse water and mobile phone spray water.The qualified rate of treatment water ishigher in the larger scale of grass-roots private oral clinics.
