| 摘 要： | 近年来随着生活水平的提高,以"听力正常但有耳鸣或能听到但听不清"为主诉就诊的患者逐渐增多,目前上述患者发病机制及部位尚不明确,有研究认为此类患者存在隐性听力损失(Hidden Hearing Loss,HHL),本文旨在介绍隐性听力损失的听力学特点,为后续相关的科研研究提供研究方向及基础.

| Abstract: | In recent years,with improvement of living standards,the number of patients reporting normal hearing with tinnitus or poor discrimination has been gradually increasing.At present,the pathogenesis and location of complaints in these patients are not clear.Some believe the culprit is hidden hearing loss in these patients.This article aims to introduce audiological characteristics of hidden hearing loss to provide directions and a foundation for future relevant research. |
