| 摘 要： | 目的:考察疱疹宁乳膏对动物皮肤的毒性作用。方法:采用健康大白鼠进行皮肤急性毒性试验;用健康家兔进行皮肤刺激性试验;用健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏试验。结果:疱疹宁乳膏对大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤无皮肤急性吸收毒性,对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤无刺激性,对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论:疱疹宁乳膏用于治疗单纯疱疹和带状疱疹是较安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To decide wheather there is toxicity on skin while using the Paozhenning ointment. Methods: Acute skin irritation test on good health guinea pig. Results: Paozhenning ointment has no acute toxicity to the integral or damaged skin of rat, has no irritation on the integral or dsmaged skin of rabbit was observed has no hypersensitive effects to the skin of guinnea pig. Conclusions: It is safe by using Paozhenning ointment to treat herpes simplex and herpes zoster of skin. |
