| 摘 要： | 介绍了高等医学院经济效率评价方法，应用柯布－道格拉斯生产函数模型评价高等医学院校的规模效益，应用Goldman-Crossman对数生产函数模型评价高等医学院校人力资源的配置效率，结果表明：高等医学院校物力资源配置不足，人力资源已趋过剩，行政人员和后勤人员过多，不同职称人员的组合配置不合理，是影响我国高等医学院校办学效率与效益的最重要因素。 |

| Abstract: | Exploration of use of production function in assessing efficiency. Cobb -Douglas production function is used to assess the Returns to scale in higher medical colleges and Universities. Goldman - Crossman production function is used to assess the efficiency of the mix of personnel. The major results follow: (1) Return from inputting capitals is higer than inputting personnel. (2)Mix of personnel is not optimal to obtain the given output. Use of existing staff in producing the output is inefficient. (3) Two factors are identified to be the determinants of the efficiency, i. e., proportion of supporting staff and propportion of administrators in total personnel. The higher the proportions, the lower the efficiency. |
