| 摘 要： | 在已有的乙型肝炎预防性疫苗的技术基础上,乙型肝炎亚单位治疗性疫苗具有安全性高的优点。近年来,多项临床试验研究联合使用亚单位疫苗和抗病毒药物,或者直接优化现有疫苗后改进使用方法,均在治疗HBV感染方面取得了肯定的效果。文中将对近年来有关疫苗的研究进展进行简要综述。

| Abstract: | Bases on the technology of viral hepatitis B traditional subunit vaccines, therapeutic vaccines have the advantages of safety. These years, some groups combined usage of subunit vaccines and antiviral drugs or they optimized vaccines directly and developed the methods of usage of vaccines in clinical trials, they all got the good results on anti-HBV therapy. The purposes of this article are to review the progress of vaccines against hepatitis B virus in clinical trials to date. |
