内镜下局部喷洒凝血酶治疗活动性胃肠道出血的临床观察

目的:探讨内镜下喷洒凝血酶治疗活动性胃肠道出血的疗效。方法:将90例活动性胃肠道出血患者随机分为两组,对照组54例给予常规止血,凝血酶组36例在常规止血的基础上通过内镜给予凝血酶,观察并比较两组术后止血效果。结果:凝血酶治疗活动性胃肠道出血总有效率94.4%,对照组治疗活动性胃肠道出血总有效率仅25.9%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:凝血酶治疗活动性胃肠道出血疗效好,无不良反应。

Clinical observation of endoscope-guided thrombin spraying in the treatment of active gastrointestinal hemorrhage
