| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定新疆维吾尔中成药琐琐葡萄颗粒中齐墩果酸的含量。方法采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇∶水(85∶15)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为220 nm。结果齐墩果酸在3.2~22.4μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为101.2%,RSD为1.12%。结论该方法简便,结果准确,重复性好,可用于琐琐葡萄颗粒的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To estabilsh an HPLC method for oleanolic acid in Suosuo-grape Granule.Methods The separation was carried out on a C18 column,with mobile phase of methanol-water(85:15).The flow rate was set at 1.0ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 220nm.Results The calibration curve of oleanolic acid was in good linearity within the range of 3.2~22.4μg(r=0.999 5),and the average recovery rate was 101.2%.Conclusion The developed method is sensitive,accurate,and it can be used for the determination of oleanolic acid in TCM preparation and the quality control of Suosuo-grape Granule. |
