| 摘 要： | 目的 了解脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)分子标记在中药材中的应用进展,对其在藻类、菌类、种子植物和动物类药材中的鉴定、遗传多样性研究、物种进化和亲缘关系的确定等方面进行综述,为中药材的研究提供新的方法和指导.方法 对近几年来国内外该领域相关文献资料检索、分析、整理和总结.结果 DNA分子标记在该领域中有广泛的应用,给中药材的生产开发注入了新的活力,具有广阔的应用前景.结论 DNA分子标记作为中药材研究还有待发展和完善.
