| 摘 要： | 目的对地锦草不同醇浓度提取物进行体外抗真菌实验,测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值。方法采用美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)推荐的《产孢丝状真菌的液基稀释法抗真菌药物敏感性试验方案》(M38-A),选取地锦草提取物敏感的12株皮肤癣菌按文献方法进行抑菌试验。结果地锦草提取物对红色毛癣菌的MIC范围为512～1 024μg/ml;对石膏样毛癣菌的MIC范围为341～512μg/ml;对许兰、犬小孢子、须毛、疣状、紫色毛癣菌的MIC范围为128～1 024μg/ml。结论地锦草不同醇浓度提取物体外实验对真菌的生长具有抑制作用。 |
