复方枸骨阴道泡腾栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的药效学研究

摘    要:目的 探讨复方枸骨阴道泡腾栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的有效性.方法 选用大鼠进行阴道内接种白色假丝酵母菌构建外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病模型,将造模成功大鼠随机分为3组,实验组用复方枸骨阴道泡腾栓进行治疗,阳性对照组用达克宁栓治疗,阴性对照组用复方枸骨阴道泡腾栓基质治疗.接种后第3天开始阴道内局部给药,1次/d,连续7 d.接种后第2,6,11天分别取大鼠阴道灌洗液进行真菌载量分析、涂片镜检,并取其阴道组织进行病理学检查.结果 至接种后第11天,实验组大鼠的真菌载量显著低于阴性对照组[(1.02±0.45)×10<'4> VS(12.24±1.61)×10<'4>CFU/ml,P<0.01],与阳性对照组差异无显著性;涂片镜检,实验组大鼠的假菌丝量显著少于阴性对照组(P<0.01),与阳性对照组差异无显著性;阴道组织病理学检查,实验组及阳性对照组黏膜水肿较轻,炎性细胞浸润较少,且阴道腔、黏膜层假菌丝消失.结论 复方枸骨阴道泡腾栓新制剂用于治疗大鼠外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病是有效的,研究结果为下一步临床开发应用奠定了基础.
