蒙药八味沉香胶囊对大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察八味沉香胶囊对大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用。方法结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支复制急性心肌缺血模型。将健康成年大鼠随机分为6组:假手术组,缺血模型组,普罗帕酮组,八味沉香胶囊大、中、小剂量组。观察大鼠心律失常发生情况,检测心肌梗死范围,测定丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性。结果八味沉香胶囊能减轻心肌缺血大鼠的心律失常程度,缩小心肌梗死范围,降低心肌缺血后血清中MDA含量和CK活性,提高SOD活性和NO含量。结论八味沉香胶囊对大鼠心肌缺血有明显的保护作用,其机制可能是通过有效的拮抗自由基损伤,提高心肌组织抗氧化能力来实现的。

Abstract:Objective To observe the protective effect of Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule on myocardial ischemia injury in rats.Methods The rat acute myocardial ischemia model was induced by ligation of the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery.The rats were randomly divided into six groups: sham-operated group,ischemia model group,propafenone treatment group,and Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule high,middle,low dose groups.To observe the effect on the arrhythmia and the myocardial infarction size of myocardial ischemia injury in rats.The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) and mitric oxied(NO),the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),and creatine kinase(CK)in serum were detected.Results Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule could boviously arrhythmia and the myocardial infarction size of myocardial ischemia injury in rats,decrease the content of MDA and the activity CK,and increase the activities of SOD and NO.Conclusion Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule has obvious protective effects on myocardial ischemia injury in rats and its mechanism may come from effective scavenging free radicals and improving the anti-oxidative ability of myocardial tissue.
