强肌健力方对脾虚证大鼠脏器组织超微结构的影响

摘    要:目的观察强肌健力方对脾虚证大鼠的脾脏、胸腺、肾上腺超微结构的影响。进一步了解该方药对改善脾虚证的意义。方法将SD大鼠40只随机分为正常对照组、脾虚模型组、强肌健力组、右归丸组。采用大黄复制脾虚模型,分别给予蒸馏水、强肌健力方、右归丸灌胃。比较各组动物脾脏、胸腺、肾上腺超微结构的改变。结果正常对照组脾小体中淋巴细胞、胸腺皮质淋巴细胞、肾上腺皮质细胞的超微结构均正常,而脾虚模型组大鼠的脾脏、胸腺、肾上腺超微结构均有明显的损伤现象,强肌健力方对已受损伤的各脏器的超微结构得以修复,恢复到接近正常水平。结论强肌健力方对脾虚证大鼠受损的脾脏、胸腺、肾上腺组织具有一定的保护作用。
