| 摘 要： | 本文对降香檀的化学成分和药理活性做了综述。降香檀是蝶形花科檀属植物,为海南特有植物。降香檀的心材降香既是一种药材,又是一种名贵香料。降香含有丰富的挥发油、黄酮类化合物及桂皮酰酚类化合物等多种生物活性成分,具有抗氧化、保护心血管、抗肿瘤、抗炎、中枢神经抑制作用等多种药理活性。因此,对降香檀的化学成分和药理活性的研究对开发新药和保健品具有重要意义。
