| 摘 要： | 目的:分析颅外段椎动脉夹层的临床特点,以期提高诊断水平和处理方法。方法:分析3例误诊的颅外段椎动脉夹层动脉患者的临床资料,并结合文献复习进行总结和讨论。结果:本文与部分文献报告的共55例椎动脉夹层患者的主要临床表现:头颈部疼痛52.7%;眩晕36.4%,短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)14.5%,耳鸣、听力下降9.1%,运动或感觉障碍7.3%,无症状者7.3%。结论:对于年龄30～50岁临床表现为中枢神经系统缺血症状,如眩晕、TIA甚至脑梗死,或以头痛为主诉的患者,应警惕椎动脉夹层的可能性。DSA、CTA、MRA可以帮助明确诊断,抗凝及介入手术是治疗椎动脉夹层的有效方法。
