地鳖虫纤溶活性蛋白组分抑制肿瘤作用研究

摘    要:目的 地鳖虫纤溶活性蛋白组分对体内外肿瘤的抑制作用.方法 用MTT法、流式细胞术和AnnexinV-FITC/PI双荧光染色分别检测地鳖虫纤溶活性蛋白组分对体外培养的Hela细胞增殖、细胞周期及凋亡情况的影响;用S<,180>荷瘤小鼠检测地鳖虫纤溶活性蛋白组分的体内抑瘤作用.结果 地鳖虫纤溶活性蛋白组分对体外培养的Hela细胞具有抑制细胞增殖、改变细胞周期并能诱导细胞凋亡的作用,对S<,180>荷瘤小鼠具有抑瘤作用.结论 地鳖虫纤溶活性蛋白组分具有一定的抑制肿瘤作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effects of fibrinolyric protein from Eupolyphage sinesis Walker(EFP) in vitro and in vivo.Methods MTT assay was used to test the effect of growth inhibition on Hela cells.Cell cycle and cell apopotsis were detected by flowcytometry and AnnexinV-FITC/PI fluorescence staining.S180 bearing mice were used to detect anti-tumor effect in vivo.Results EFP could inhibit the proliferation,change the cell cycle and induce cell apoptosis of Hela cells.In addition,it could also i...
