| 摘 要： | 目的研究赤雹果挥发油体外抗菌活性。方法采用试管连续稀释法和琼脂扩散法测定赤雹果挥发油的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果赤雹果挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌(两株)、粪肠球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌临床分离株和伤寒杆菌标准株的MIC为0.66 mg/ml,MBC为1.32 mg/ml;对大肠杆菌44102-3a3的MIC为0.33 mg/ml,MBC为0.33 mg/ml;对甲型副伤寒杆菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌的MIC为0.33 mg/ml,MBC为0.66 mg/ml;对金葡菌26001-26和白葡菌的MIC均为0.17 mg/ml,MBC分别为0.17 mg/ml和0.33 mg/ml;对金葡菌26002-6和奇异变形杆菌的MIC为0.083 mg/ml,MBC分别为0.17 mg/ml和0.083 mg/ml;对肺炎链球菌的MIC为1.32 mg/ml,MBC为2.64 mg/ml。结论赤雹果挥发油在体外有显著的抗菌作用。
