消肿止痛汤治疗胫腓骨骨折早期肿胀临床疗效观察

目的:观察消肿止痛汤治疗胫腓骨骨折早期肢体肿胀的临床疗效。方法:将64例胫腓骨骨折后肢体肿胀患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。治疗组口服中药消肿止痛汤,1剂/d,水煎分2次服用;对照组静滴20%甘露醇250 ml/次,30 min滴完,间隔8 h重复1次,观察两组肢体消肿时间、疼痛减轻情况、肿胀减轻程度、临床疗效及药物不良反应。结果:治疗组、对照组肢体肿胀消退时间分别为(6.07±0.92)d、(6.18±1.01)d,总有效率分别为93.8%、84.4%,两组治疗3 d后VSA疼痛评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:消肿止痛汤治疗胫腓骨骨折后肢体肿胀有良好的消肿作用,中药消肿止痛汤疗效优势明显。

Clinical Observation on Effects of XiaoZhongZhiTongDecoction Treating Early swelling of tibiofibula fractures

Objective:To observe curative effect of XiaoZhongZhiTong Decoction Treating Early swelling of tibiofibula fractures . Methods:64 patients with early swelling of tibiofibula fractures were divided into treatment group and comparative group .There are 32 patients in every group, 32 cases of the treatment group were given XiaoZhongZhiTong Decoction twice a day,32 cases of comparative group were given 20% mannitol 250ml with 30 min drops off every 8 hours. Time of limb swelling,decrease of pain,clinical observation and adverse drug reaction were compared as main indicators. Results: Time of limb swelling subsided in group and comparative group respectively was (6.07 0.92), (6.18-1.01) days, two groups of efficient were 93.7%, 90.6%, two groups after treatment for 3 days , the difference of VSA pain score, was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions: On treating migraine,XiaoZhongZhiTong Decoction Treating Early swelling of tibiofibula fractures is eutherapeutic,which is recommendable for clinical application.
