肿瘤舌神与生存预后相关性的临床研究

目的]研究恶性肿瘤患者的舌神与生存预后的关系。方法]用数码相机采集住院病例的舌象,分析舌的荣、枯量化评分总分与患者生存预后的相关关系。结果]①把荣、枯量化评分总分4分以上作为枯舌,3分以下作为荣舌;②33例死亡患者中,枯舌组患者的生存期明显低于荣舌组(P<0.01);③108例中,死亡的枯舌比例明显高于生存患者(P<0.01);④体力状况(PS)评分大于3者与小于2者相比,枯舌比例明显升高(P<0.01)。结论]枯舌可以作为判断患者生存预后的指标之一。

The Clinical Research About the Pertinence Between the Tongue Expression of One Hundred and Eight Cancerous Person and the Prognosis

Objective] Reach the relativity of cancerous person＇s tongue expression and prognosis. Method] With digital camera to shot tongue expression of patient, analyzing the pertinence between the tongue＇prosperousness or wilt and quantification graded with the prognosis. Results ] （1）he total score above fore is wilt tongue,under three is prosperous tongueo （2）In thirty three patients who have dead,the group of prosperous have longer life cycle than the group of wilt tongue（ P 〈0.01 ）. （3）In the all one hundred and eight cancerous person,the amount of wilt tongue is more than the prosperous tongue（P 〈 0.01 ）. （4）Compared the score above3 to the score under2（The ECOG standard for evaluation） ,the wilt tongue proportion is more. Conclusion] Wilt tongue meight be one of the norm that is to determine cancerous person＇s life cycle and prognosis.
