摘    要:目的 探讨一氧化氧(NO)在家兔缺血再灌注心肌顿抑中的作用及左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)对其影响。方法 20中家兔随机均为分对照组和L-Arg组,制备心肌缺血再灌注模型,于缺血前、缺血40分钟及再灌注20分钟取血检测NO水平,相应时点监测心功能。结果 心肌缺血再灌注期间,NO显著下降,心肌舒缩功能明显降低,尤以再灌注20分钟为著,L-Arg可逆转上述指标。结论 缺血再灌注心肌顿抑与NO水平下降有关,L

Abstract:Objective To study the role of nitric oxide (NO) in myocardial stunning after ischemia-reperfusion in rabbits and the beneficial effect of L-Arginine (L-Arg) Methods The rabbits were randomly into two groups:control(I-R NS,n=10) and L-Arg treated(I-R L-Arg,n=10),and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model was established by ligation of left anterior descending coronary.NO content in plasma was measured before ischemia,at 40 minutes after ischemia and 20 minutes after reperfusion,and meanwhile cardial performance was measured at the corresponding time pionts.Results Concentration of NO decreased significantly,and parameters of cardiac function were found to be decreased during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in I-R NS group,and more remarkable in 20 minutes after reperfusion;L-Arg reversed the results of mentioned indices as above markedly.Conclusion The reduction of NO during ischemia-reperfusion may contribute to myocardial stunning,L-Arg improves the function of stunned myocardium by raising endogenous NO level.
