| 摘 要： | 目的建立同时测定复方碘化钾滴眼液中维生素B1、维生素C、羟苯乙酯含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用C18柱,以0.05%磷酸和甲醇为流动相梯度洗脱,流速：1 ml·min-1,检测波长：254 nm,柱温：30℃;进样量：10μl。结果维生素B1的线性范围为4.280~25.678μg·ml-1,r=0.999（n=6）,平均回收率为100.93%,RSD为0.79%（n=9）;维生素C的线性范围为12.328~73.966μg·ml-1,r=1.000（n=6）,平均回收率为99.92%,RSD为0.59%（n=9）;羟苯乙酯的线性范围为12.611~75.668μg·ml-1,r=0.999（n=6）,平均回收率为100.16%,RSD为1.58%（n=9）。结论该方法操作简便、快捷,结果准确,可以有效地控制产品的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of vitamin B1,vitamin C and hydroxyl ethyl benzene in compound potassium iodide eye drops using HPLC. Methods C 18 column was used with,with 0. 05% phosphoric acid and methanol as the mobile phase at a gradient elution velocity of 1 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range was 4. 28025. 678 μg·ml-1 for vitamin B1,12. 328-73. 966 μg·ml-1 for vitamin C and 12. 611-75. 668 μg·ml-1 for hydroxy ethyl benzene. The average was 100. 93%（RSD% 0. 79%） for vitamin B1,was 99. 92%（RSD% 0. 59%） for vitamin C,was 100. 16%（RSD% 1. 58%） for hydroxy ethyl. Conclusions This method is simple,quick,accurate and can effectively control the quality of products. |
