奥氮平与异丙嗪治疗药物引起的嘴巴不自主运动疗效分析

目的分析比较奥氮平和异丙嗪用于治疗年纪偏大患者抗精神症状药物引起的嘴巴不自主运动疗效和安全性。方法采用疗效评定和副反应评定量表,对门诊和住院80例由于药物引起的嘴巴不自主运动患者随机分为两组,分别用奥氮平片和异丙嗪片治疗,观察2周和1年后疗效和副反应。结果治疗2周后奥氮平组与异丙嗪组疗效差异有统计学意义,奥氮平组疗效更好。随访1年,两组疗效差异仍有统计学意义,奥氮平组依从性好。结论奥氮平治疗由药物引起的嘴巴不自主运动比异丙嗪更有效、不良反应轻,患者依从性好。

Curative Effect Analysis of Mouth Involuntary Movements Induced by Olanzapine and Promethazine Drugs

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of olanzapine and promethazine on mouth involuntary movements induced by antipsychotic drugs among elder patients. Methods Clinical Global Impression（CGI） and the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS） were used to divide the 80 cases of mouth involuntary movements induced by antipsychotic drugs into two groups randomly. Olanzapine and promethazine tablets were used respectively. The curative effect and side effects were observed for 2 weeks and 1 year after treatment. Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the difference between the olanzapine group and promethazine group was of statistical significance. Olanzapine had better curative effect than promethazine. After one-year follow-up,the difference between the two groups was still of statistical significance. The olanzapine group showed better compliance. Conclusion Olanzapine is more effective than promethazine in the treatment of mouth involuntary movements induced by antipsychotic drugs among older patients.
