短瓣金莲花抗炎活性成分研究

摘    要:目的探讨短瓣金莲花抗炎活性的物质基础。方法采用植化技术及现代药理模型,分离其化学成分,并对其进行抗炎活性评价。结果短瓣金莲花提取物及其主要化学成分黄酮碳苷类化合物具有显著的抗炎活性。结论黄酮碳苷类化合物可能为短瓣金莲花抗炎活性主要物质基础。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory bioactive ingredients from T. ledebouri Reichb. Methods The ingredients from T. ledebouri Reichb were prepared with modern phytochemical methods. The anti-inflammatory bioactive ingredients were assayed by a modern pharmacological model. Results The extract from T. ledebouri Reichb and C-C-glycosyflavones could inhibit inflammation. Conclusion C-glycosyflavones is an anti-inflammatory bioactive ingredient from T. ledebouri Reichb.
