注射用抗菌药物在外科手术中的使用现状与管理措施

目的分析某医院外科手术患者的抗菌药物使用情况。方法提取HIS系统中2012年7月至12月期间某医院外科手术患者抗菌药物使用记录,进行分类汇总与分析。结果大多数病种、术种抗菌药物使用率在70%以上,Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物使用率79.7%,金额排名前十位的药品费用占抗菌药物总费用的比例为78.8%。结论人均使用抗菌药物品种数用量、疗程处于比较合理水平。但仍存在超剂量、超疗程、多品种联用等现象,抗菌药物使用品种过于集中。需加大抗菌药物合理使用宣传力度,列入目标考评,实行抗菌药物分级管理。

Current Status and Management Strategies for Using Antibacterial Drugs by Injection for Surgical Patients

Objective This paper aims to analyze how antibacterial drugs are used for surgical patients in one hospital. Methods Drug use records of surgical patients in a hospital in 2011 were retrieved from HIS system,categorized and analyzed. Results Antibacterial drugs were used for over 70% of surgeries and for 79. 7% of surgeries with type-Ⅰ incision. The top ten drugs accounted for 78. 8% of the total expense. Conclusion The average dose and duration of antibacterial drugs used were at a reasonable level. However,over-dose,over-time and cross use of antibacterial drugs still occur. Moreover,the types of antibacterial drugs used are too limited. To deal with these problems,a hospital should enhance promote rational use antibacterial drugs,set it as a criterion for evaluation,and exercise controlover antibacterial drugs at different levels.
