西立伐他汀与辛伐他汀调脂作用比较

目的探讨西立伐他汀与辛伐他汀对高脂血症患者的调脂作用。方法32例高脂血症患者随机分为两组，服药前及服药4wk后测定血脂。结果(1)服药4wk后总胆固醇(TC)水平分别降低了28.9％和28.0％（P〈0.01）低蜜度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平分别降低了31.5%和32.5%（P〈0.01）；（2）西立伐他汀明显降低血清甘油三酯（TG）水平（P〈0.05）；（3）服用西立代他汀和他洒4wk后脂蛋白（LPa）水平分别降低了35.3%（P〈0.01）和27.8%(P〈0.05)。结论西立伐他汀能显著降低高脂血症患者血清TC和LDL-C水平，其作用与辛他汀相同，西立伐他汀降低TG作用优于辛伐他汀。

Comparision of the Hypolipidemic Effects Between Cerivastatin and Simvastatin

OBJECTIVE: To compare the hypolipidemic effects betwwen cerivastatin and simvastatin in patients with hy-pcrlipidemian. METHODS: 32 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into cerivastatin group and simvastatin group( control group) .Scrum lipid profiles were determined before and 4 weeks after treatment. RESULTS: (l)The effects of cerivastatin on lowering serum total cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL - C) levels were the same as those of simvastatin; the concentrations of TC' and LDL- C decreased hy 28.9% and 31.5% in the cerivastatin group(P <0.001) and by 28.0% and 33.0% in control group(P<0. 001) respectively. (2) Cerivastatin significantly decreased serum triglyccride(TG) levcls(F<0. 05) .(3) The lipoprotein a levels decreased by 35.3% (P<0.01) and 27.8% (P<0.05) in the cerivastatin and simvastatin groups after 4 weeks of treatment, respectively. CONCLUSION: Cerivastatin could markedly decrease TC and LDL - C concentrations in patients with hyperlipidemia and the effects of cerivastatin were the same as those of simvastatin, however, lowering effect of cerivastatin on TG was superior to that of simvastatin.
