牛蒡子提取液的抗癌性研究

目的：通过牛蒡子酒精提取液对几种癌细胞株的体外和体内实验，验证牛蒡子是否具有抗癌性。方法：在人体结肠癌细胞、直肠癌细胞和肝癌细胞培养液中加牛蒡子酒精提取液，培养72h并观察各癌细胞株的增殖抑制率及癌细胞形态变化。用小白鼠肉瘤细胞(Sarcoma-180)制成小白鼠腹水模型，经口给牛蒡子酒精提取液并观察小白鼠的生存时间。用Sarcoma-180细胞制成小白鼠荷瘤模型，经口给牛蒡子酒精提取液2周，并观察瘤体增长抑制率。结果：牛蒡子酒精提取液抑制各癌株细胞生长，可延长腹水模型小白鼠的生存时间，并抑制荷瘤小白鼠瘤体生长。结论：牛蒡子酒精提取液具有抗癌性。

A study on the antitumor effect of Fructus Arctii extract

Objective To evaluate the antitumor effect of the ethanol extract of Fructus Arctii in vitro and vivo .Methods The human colon cancer cells (HT?29),human rectal cancer cells(HRT?18) and human hepatoma cells(HepG2) were cultured in medium containing serial concentrations of Fructus Arctii extract for 72 hours.Then the growth rate of each tumor cell line and the morphological change of HepG2 were analysed.The tumor growth and survival time of sarcoma 180 tumor bearing mice which had been orally administrated with the ethanol extract of Rhizoma Pinelliae were observed.Results Alcoholic extract of Fructus Arctii inhibited proliferation of these tumor cell line.Oral administration of the ethanol extract of Fructus Arctii to tumor bearing mice inhibited the tumor growth and prolonged their survival time.Conclusion These studies suggest that ethanol extract of Fructus Arctii have antitumor effect.
