改良内置管肠排列术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的疗效观察

目的探析粘连性肠梗阻患者进行肠排列术疗法的临床效果。方法入选我院2013年1月至2014年1月粘连性肠梗阻患者100例,按治疗方式的不同分为观察组、对照组,每组50例。观察组进行改良内置管肠排列术疗法,对照组进行常规肠粘连松解术疗法,比较两组的各项临床参数指标及术后并发症情况。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间、术后肛门排气时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组、对照组的术后并发症发生率分别为6.0%、36.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论粘连性肠梗阻患者进行改良内置管肠排列术治疗,可有效改善患者术后肠功能恢复,促进患者病情迅速康复,术后并发症少,临床效果确切,值得临床推广。

Effects of intestinal arrangement on adhesive intestinal obstruction

Objective： To explore and analyze the clinical effects of intestinal arrangement on patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods： 100 cases of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. Observation group were given improved catheter intestinal arrangement treatment,while control group were given routine enterolysis. The various clinical indicators and postoperative complications were compared. Results： The operative time,hospital stay,postoperative flatus of observation group were significantly better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）; Postoperative complication rate of observation group and control group were 6. 0% and 36. 0%respectively. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Improved intestinal arrangement treatment on patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction can effectively improve recovery of intestinal function and promote the speedy recovery of the patient＇s condition,with fewer complications. The clinical effect is exact and worthy of promotion.
