外敷黑药膏配合功能锻炼治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

目的探讨外敷黑药膏配合功能锻炼治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法对90例临床患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组45例以黑药膏外敷患侧膝关节,同时指导患者进行相应的功能锻炼,对照组45例予以患侧关节腔注射透明质酸钠治疗,在用药5周对比两组疗效。结果治疗组及对照组在一个疗程对比无明显差异（P〉0.05）结论用外敷白药膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能有效、迅速缓解患者疼痛症状,改善膝关节活动功能,短期临床疗效可与关节腔注射透明质酸钠效果相当。

Observation of external application of black ointment with effect of functional exercise in the treatment of kneeosteoarthritis

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of combined black ointmentexternal application of functional exercise for treatment of Knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in the treatment group with black ointment topical ipsilateral knee,and the patients were guided to exercise the function of the corresponding,control group 45 cases were treated with ipsilateralintra- articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of 5 weeks of medication,compared two groups of curative effect. Results： in the treatmentgroup and the control group had no significant difference in a course ofcontrast（ P〉 0. 05） can effectively,quickly relieve the symptoms of pain in patients with topical ointment white conclusions in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,improve knee functional activities,quite short peroid clinical outcome with intra- articular injection of sodium hyaluronate effect.
