自制中药汤剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭150例观察

目的研究肾衰竭1号（自制中药汤剂暂命名）对于慢性肾功能衰竭患者相关临床症状改善,血清肌酐、尿素氮等实验室指标的影响,从而证实肾衰竭1号对于慢性肾功能衰竭的治疗效果。方法用回顾性自身前后对照的研究方法,选取近10年来泰安市中心医院肾内科门诊、住院血肌酐处于慢性肾功能衰竭期尚不需替代治疗患者为研究对象,将其分为：前期单用西药后期中西药同时应用、前期中西药同时应用后期单用西药2组,连续随访观察患者3个月的临床中医辨证分型积分以及实验室指标等治疗效果。结果 150例患者治疗前后比较,显效72例,占48%,有效66例占44%,无效12例,占8%,总治疗有效率达92%,治疗前后症状积分统计学分析有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论肾衰竭1号治疗慢性肾功能衰竭具有独到之处,能降低血肌酐及尿素氮,延长患者生存期,降低死亡率,提高生活质量,延缓疾病进展。

Study of Renal failure No.1 effcts patients with chronic renal failure related clinical symptoms

Objective： Study of Renal failure No. 1 effcts patients with chronic renal failure related clinical symptoms,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen index declined,to prove the effection of Renal failure No. 1 for the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods With the research methods of self control review,selected in recent 10 years in our outpatient department,inpatient serum creatinine in chronic renal failure phase without replacement therapy patients as the research object. Then divided them into 2 groups. One： early the single western medicine,lartly at the same time the application of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine,The other one： early at the same time the application of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine,lartly the single western medicine. Observe the patients＇ condition for 3 months,including clinical TCM syndrome integral and experimental indexes. Results After treatment in patients with 150 cases,effective in72 cases,accounting for 48%,effective 66 cases,accounted for 44%,invalid 12 cases,accounting for 8%,the total effective rate was 92%. The symptom score was 26. 58 ＋ 10. 82 before treatment,14. 75 ＋ 9. 37 after treatment,symptom scores before and after were significant difference（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Renal failure No. 1 in treating chronic renal failure with one＇s own knack in,can reduce the serum creatinine and urea nitrogen,prolong the survival period of patients,reduce the mortality rate,improve the quality of life,slow disease progression.
