2型糖尿病与幽门螺杆菌感染相关性研究及临床分析

目的：探讨2型糖尿病与幽门螺杆菌感染相关性研究。方法将本院2012年1月至2013年12月200例2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者及180例正常人的 HP 感染情况及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 T2DM 组的 HP 阳性率显著高于对照组，且 T2DM 组消化道症状发生率显著高于对照组。进一步研究发现，表明胃瘫患者中 HP 阳性率及 HP 中度和重度均显著高于非胃瘫患者。上述比较均具有统计学意义（p 〈0.05）。结论 HP 感染后可显著增加 T2DM 的发生及并发症发生率，从而表明针对 HP 感染采取治疗可改善 T2DM 患者的相关症状。

The correlation studies and clinical analysis of type 2 diabetes and Helicobacter pylori infection

Objective：To investigate the correlation between H. pylori infection and type 2 diabetes（T2DM）. Meth-ods：The clinical data of 200 cases of type 2 diabetes（T2DM）patients and 180 normal cases from January 2012 to Decem-ber 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results：The HP-positive rate in T2DM group was significantly high-er than that in the normal people. The incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms in T2DM groups were also greater. Further studies indicated that patients with gastroparesis had greater positive rate of HP infection. The comparison were statistically significant（p 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：HP can significantly increase the incidence of T2DM and complication rates,thus in-dicating that HP infection is a target to improve treatment for T2DM patients.
