肥大肾柱的超声影像探讨

目的：肥大肾柱在影像学检查中，尤其一般超声诊断，常被误诊为肾内占位病变，使得这一原本无危害的解剖变异具有一定的临床意义。方法总结了30例肥大肾柱的超声检查工作，部分患者备有 IVU、CT 等资料，我们对肥大肾柱的声像图特征加以报道，并对其近年来的学术进展作了扼要介绍。结果结合本组30例，发现肾柱肥大超声声像图的特征。结论超声是一种简单可行的检查方法，它可以为肥大肾柱提供明确的诊断依据。

Ultrasound diagnosis of renal columnar hypertrophy

Objective：Renal columnar hypertrophy is often confused with renal mass in medical examinations especially ultrasonography. This problem makes renal columnar pertophy a special clinical significance,actually it is a kind of renal anatomical harmless variation. Methods：30 patients with columnar hypertrophy were examined by means of ultrasonograph. Some of them were described with intravenous urography ,computed tomography and selective renal arteriography. Results：combined with the group of 30 patients,found that renal hypertrophy column sonographic features. Conclusions：Ultrasonic examination is a simple feasible method to provide an accurate diagnosis of this phenomenon.
