骨桥蛋白在子宫内膜异位症中的表达

目的：探讨骨桥蛋白（OPN）在子宫内膜异位症患者异位、在位内膜组织及血清中的表达情况。方法选择妇科行手术治疗、并由术后病理证实为子宫内膜异位症的育龄患者35例为观察组，同期行妇科手术治疗、并经术中情况及术后病理证实非子宫内膜异位症的单纯子宫肌瘤患者35例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测两组患者血清中 OPN 的含量；采用免疫组化方法检测观察纽患者异位子宫内膜组织及在位内膜组织和对照组正常子宫内膜组织中骨桥蛋白的表达情况。结果 OPN 在观察组患者异位、在位内膜及正常子宫内膜组织中阳性表达率分别为65.71%（23/35）、62.86%（22/35）和35.0%（10/35），差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）；两组患者血清中均有 OPN 表达，观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P =0.000）。结论子宫内膜异位症患者血清及组织中 OPN 的表达均高于对照组，提示 OPN 的测定可能对子宫内膜异位症的诊断有意义。

The expression of osteopontin in the patients with endometriosis

Objective：To investigate the expression of osteopontin in the patients with endometriosis. Methods：endome-triosis patients（n = 35）of childbearing age were confirmed pathologically,conducted gynecological surgery,and consid-ered as the observation group. Non - endometriosis disease patients（n = 35）with uterine fibroids alone were considered as the control group. The content of OPN was detected by eLISA,and the expression of osteopontin in the patients with or without endometriosis were measured by immunohistochemical methods. Results：The positive expression rate of OPN in ec-topic,eutopic and normal endometrium of the observation group was 65. 71%（23 / 35）,62. 86%（22 / 35）and 35. 0%（10 / 35）,respectively. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. The OPN expression in serum were detec-ted in the two groups. The observation group had higher levels of OPN than the control group（P = 0. 000）. Conclusions：The levels of osteopontin in serum and tissue of endometriosis patients were greater than that of the control group,suggesting that OPN might be important for the diagnosis of endometriosis.
