泰安市初中一年级学生个性特征调查分析

目的：了解泰安市初中一年级学生个性特征。方法采用随机分层整群抽样的方法，随机选取泰安市区、县郊9所中学39个班进行问卷调查并与全国中学生个性特征相比较。结果不同性别间的神经质与精神质评分差异有统计学意义，女生的精神质分值高于男生，男生的神经质分值高于女生。不同人格倾向及性别间评分差异有统计学意义。P≥60、N≥60、E ﹥40的女生的均分都高于男生，E≤40的男生均分低于女生；私立学校的精神质分值高于公立学校，公立学校的内外向分值高于私立学校。性别与个性四因子之间成正相关。学校属性与精神质、神经质之间成正相关；而个性的四个因子之间成正相关。结论性别、学校属性与初中生个性特征有关系，加强对初中一年级学生的人格培养和塑造以及不良人格倾向的矫正，是社会、学校、家庭的一项重要任务。

Analysis on Characteristics of junior middle school students in Taian

Objective：To understanding the personality characteristics of junior middle school students in Tai’an City of Shandong Province. Methods：2460 junior middle school students from 39 classes of counties and districts in Tai’an Cit-y have been tested Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（for Children）by using the method of random stratified cluster sam-pling. Results Mean scores girls P≥ 60、N≥60、E ﹥ 40 are higher than those of boys,mean scores of boys with E≤40 are lower than those of girls. Psychosis scores of private schools are higher than those of public schools,yet introversion and ex-troversion scores of public schools are higher than those of private schools. The four factors of gender and personality are positively correlated. School property is positively correlated to psychosis and neuroticism,and four factors of personality are positively correlated. Conclusions Gender,school property are all related to personality of the junior middle school students related. It is an important task for the society,school and family to educate and mould personality as well as cor-rect bad personality tendency of the junior middle school freshmen.
