泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎

目的：对泪道探通法治疗新生儿泪囊炎的疗效进行分析总结。方法对泪囊按摩结合局部滴用抗生素及泪道冲洗阻塞的36例（37眼）新生儿泪囊炎患儿，进行泪道探通治疗，探通次数不超过2次。平均随访6月，观察分析疗效及其相关因素。结果37眼中共治愈33眼，治愈率随年龄增长呈下降趋势。结论新生儿泪囊炎的治疗应尽早为宜，泪道探通治疗法操作简单、成功率高、并发症少，值得推广。

Treating neonatal dacrystitis by probing of lacrimal passage

Objective：To evaluate the effect of probing and scouring of the lacrimal passage on treatment of the neonatal dacrystitis. Methods：Thirty-six cases（ 37 eyes ）with neonatal dacryocystitis which had no effect by routine dacryocyst massage with local antibiotics ophthalmic solutions and syringing of lacrimal passages were treated with probing of lacrimal passage. If there was still no effect,probing of the lacrimal passage was not done more than two times. Patients were fol-lowed up averagely for 6 months to observe the therapeutic effect and related factors. Results：Thirty-three eyes（89. 2% ） in 37 eyes were cured by probing of the lacrimal passage. The success rate showed a downtrend with age. Conclusion：The treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis should be taken as early as possible. Probing of lacrimal passage is a useful method for neonatal dacrystitis and it has no significant complications. It is simple in operation,which is worth spreading.
