腹腔镜在腹股沟型隐睾手术中的应用价值

目的探讨腹腔镜在腹股沟管型隐睾治疗中的价值。方法 2012年7月到2014年7月我院对68例腹股沟管型隐睾住院患儿接受腹腔镜辅助下行睾丸下降阴囊肉膜囊内固定术。结果 68例全部在腹腔镜下完成手术,均为一期睾丸下降固定,1例腹腔镜术后初期并发患侧阴囊气肿,术后自行吸收,无不良影响;2例术后阴囊切口稍渗血,更换敷料后渗血自行停止,无不良影响。术后睾丸68例均位于阴囊中、底部,均未出现睾丸萎缩、腹股沟斜疝、鞘膜积液等并发症。结论腹腔镜治疗腹股沟管型隐睾创伤小、恢复快、效果好、安全性高、瘾瘢痕,可作为腹股沟管型隐睾手术治疗的首选方法。

The value of laparescopy on the management of Inguinal cryptorchidism

Objective： To investigate the value of laparescopy on the management of Inguinal cryptorchidism. Methods： 68 cases of inguinal cryptorchidism in hospitalized children in our hospital were cured with Laparoscopic assisted testicular descent of scrotal dartos fixation during 2012 July to 2014 July. Results： All 68 cases were cured in laparoscopic operation,fixed for a period of testicular descent. One case had the scrotum aerocele at the early stage after laparoscopic surgery,then postoperative self absorption,no adverse effects; Two cases had blood seeped in the scrotal incision. It stopped after the change of dressing,no adverse effects. After operation,all 68 cases were located in the testis scrotum,bottom without testicular atrophy,inguinal hernia,hydrocele of tunica vaginalis complications. Conclusion： Laparoscopic treatment of inguinal cryptorchidism has the advantages of small trauma,quick recovery,good effect,high safety,addiction scar. It can be used as the preferred method of treatment of inguinal cryptorchidism operation.
