奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的临床效果观察

目的观察探讨奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的80例胃溃疡合并胃出血患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,两组均给予克拉霉素、甲硝唑和奥美拉唑治疗,研究组在此基础上联合铝碳酸镁治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的总有效率为95%,对照组患者的总有效率为72.5%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在恶心呕吐、腹泻、眩晕、口干等不良反应方面,研究组的发生率要低于对照组,但差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论采用奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的临床疗效显著,症状评分低,不良反应发生率降低,值得在临床上推广应用。

Observation of clinical effect omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in treatment of gastric ulcer with gastric hemorrhage

Objective： To observe clinical effect of omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite on treatment of gastric ulcer with gastric hemorrhage. Methods： Eighty cases of gastric ulcer with gastric hemorrhage patients in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups： the study group and the control group. Two groups were given clarithromycin and metronidazole and omeprazole treatment,while the study group of patients were treated in combination with hydrotalcit on that basis,and comparison of prevalence,clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups of patientswere made. Results： The study group of patients had a total effective rate of 95%,while patients in the control group had the total effective rate of 72. 5%,which had significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）; in the adverse reaction of nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,dizziness,dry mouth and other aspects,the research group occurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The use of omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in treatment of gastric ulcer with gastric hemorrhage has significant clinical efficacy,the symptom score is low and the incidence of adverse reaction decreases,which is worth of clinical application.
