小剂量罗红霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉疗效观察

目的：研究长期小剂量口服罗红霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉（Ⅱ型）的疗效。方法采用随机、平行对照的研究方法，共入组90例患者，实验组46例，对照组44例。实验组口服罗红霉素150 mg/ d，每天1次，加上鼻窦炎口服液，10 ml/次，每天3次，连服12周。对照组：口服鼻窦炎口服液，10 ml/次.每天3次，连服12周。在治疗12周后分别观察患者的症状、鼻内镜检查、鼻窦 CT 检查的结果。结果实验组患者鼻塞、流涕、头痛评分及鼻内镜评分和鼻窦 CT 检查都较对照组显著改善（P ﹤0.01）。嗅觉和咽干咽痛的评分较对照组无明显改善。实验组临床总有效率86.96%，对照组为38.64%，两组疗效差异有统计学意义，实验组优于对照组（P ﹤0.01）。结论长期小剂量应用罗红霉素对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者有良好疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effects of low dose erythromycin on chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of low dose erythromycin on chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods：A randomized parallel controlled clinical trial was conducted. All 90 cases were divided into the observa-tion（n = 46）and control（n = 44）groups. The observation group was orally treated with erythromycin（150 mg/ d,qd） and nasosinusitis oral liquid（10 ml/ time,tid）for 12 weeks. The control group was treated with nasosinusitis oral liquid （10 ml/ time,tid）for 12 weeks. Then the clinical features and result of nasal endoscope and CT were compared between the two groups. Results：The nasal congestion,runny nose,headache,score of nasal endoscopy and sinus CT scan were significantly（P ﹤ 0. 01）improved when compared with the control group. However,the score for smell and throat was not significantly improved. The total clinical efficacy for control and observation group was 86. 9 and 38. 6% ,respectively. The clinical efficacy for the observation group was significantly（P ﹤ 0. 01）greater than that of the control group. Conclusions：The clinical effects of low dose erythromycin on chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps are satisfactory and worth for promotion.
