眼肌手术儿童呕吐原因的临床研究与护理对策

目的 为探讨影响儿童眼肌手术发生呕吐的因素,并提出针对性的护理。方法 将１０７例眼肌手术的儿童为局麻和全麻二组,对术中至术后６ｈ、术后６～２４ｈ、术后１～７天发生呕吐的情况进行临床观察比较。结果 全麻组共发生呕吐３０例,其中：术后１例、术后２４ｈ２４例、术后７天５例;局麻组共发生呕吐１４例,其中：同全麻组的三个阶段分别为５例、５例和４例。结论（１）麻醉方式与呕吐发生有较显著的关系;全麻患儿出现呕吐

The clinical research of reason for vomiting of children's eye muscle operation and it's nursing strategy

Objective To explore the reason of effect of vomiting occurrence during children's eye muscle operation and put forward pertinence nursing. Method 107 cases of child patient of eye muscle operation were divided into local and whole body anesthesia group, the occurrence of vomiting were observed and compared in three condition during operation to 6 hours after operation, 6 to 24 hours after operation, one to seven days after operation.Result there were 30cases of vomiting occurred in whole body anesthesia group, among which, one occurred during operation, 24 case occurred 24 hours after operation, 5 cases occurred seven after operation. 14 cases vomiting occurred in local anesthesia group, as the same as whole body ansthesia group, 5 cases, 5 cases and 4 cases occurred in three phases respectively.Conclusion (1)There are significant relationship between type of anesthesia and vomiting. (2)The occurrence of vomiting in Local anmesthesia group is higher than that of whole body anesthesia group six hours arter operation, there is significant difference. (3)there are no significant difference in occurrence of vomiting between the two group. (4)the prohibit of food, water and improving the monitoring of respiratory air passage and psychology nursing for children during operation period can prevent vomiting of children's eye muscle operation and reduce complication after operation.
