| 摘 要： | 目的选择最佳方案诊断腰椎间盘症.方法报道了117例临床诊断为腰椎间盘突出症患者,均有CT平扫、椎管造影及CTM检查.结果经手术证实,CT平扫、椎管造影及CTM的诊断符合率分别是90.6%(106/117),82.9%(97/117)与94.0%(110/117).结论 CT平扫是诊断腰椎间盘突出的首选和简单而有效的方法,疑难时进行CTM检查有较大帮助.

| Abstract: | Objective To screen the best method in diagnosis of lumber disc herniation.Methods One hundred and seventeen cases of lumber disc herniation(LDH) proved by clinical practice were studied by CT,myelography tomography and CTM.Results Proved by the operation,the correct diagnostic rates were 90.6% (106/117) with CT scan,82.9% (97/117) with myelography tomography and 94.0% (110/117) with CTM respactively.Conclusion The simple and effective CT scan should be the primary method in diagnosis of LDH.CTM may play an important role in the examination of negative findings or clinically irrelevant informations of CT scan. |
