“看病难、看病贵”之我见

目的:探讨有效解决"看病难、看病贵"问题的对策。方法:结合卫生部相关统计数据,对"看病难、看病贵"的现状和原因进行全面分析。结果与结论:现行的相关政策难以奏效,应制定贯彻落实措施和要求的具体可行的操作方案,如改革"医保"费用的支付方式,维持适宜的医院药品加成率,确保药品价格的相对稳定等。

On "Difficult and High Cost to Access Medical Service"

OBJECTIVE: To discuss effective countermeasures dealing with the problem that it is difficult and expensive to access medical service. METHODS: Based on the related data from Ministry of Public Health, a systematical analysis on current status and the causes of difficult and high cost to access medical service was conducted. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The current policy is far from being effective. Feasible measures and manipulation protocols should be formulated by reforming health insurance payment style, maintaining appropriate mark-up ratio of hospital drugs and ensuring relative stability of drug price, etc.
