老年人消化性溃疡425例临床特点分析

目的:通过研究老年人与中青年消化性溃疡的临床特点做对比分析,探讨老年人消化性溃疡的特点,为临床防治提供帮助。方法:通过将我院2003年1月至2007年6月经胃镜或手术病理确诊的425例消化性溃疡患者分为老年组与中青年组进行对照分析,包括发病原因、临床症状、溃疡部位、并发症及转归等方面做对比研究。结果:老年组消化性溃疡临床表现不典型者多,并发症多,高位溃疡与巨大溃疡多,死亡率高。结论:老年消化性溃疡临床表现不典型,并发症多,死亡率高,所以早期诊断,早期治疗是关键。
