胺碘酮治疗心肌梗死后室性心律失常的临床疗效

目的探讨胺碘酮对心肌梗死后室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法54例心肌梗死患者,男35例,女19例。全部患者均为急性心肌梗死病人,合并心功能不全38例。给予胺碘酮治疗0.2g每日3次口服,对于有短阵室速病人静脉给予15mg/min持续10min。接着1mg/min持续6h,以后0.5mg/min,维持18小时或数天,以控制危及生命的心律失常为准。结果88.9%病人在2周内室性心律失常控制满意,余11.1%将胺碘酮追加剂量0.2g每日4次口服。室性心律失常控制。胺碘酮相关不良反应少。结论胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死后室性心律失常临床疗效确切、安全。

The Clinical Curative Effect of Amiodarone for Myocardial Infarction Intercurrent Ventricular Arrhythmia

Objective To study the the clinical curative effect of Amiodarone for myocardial infarction intercurrent ventricular arrhythmia.Methods 54 Patients with acute myocardial infarction(male in 38 cases, female in 19 cases),thereinto 38 patients with intercurrent cardiac insufficiency.The patients were given Amiodarone 0.2g each time and 3 times daily, the patients with transitory ventricular tachyeardia were mainlined Amiodarone 15mg each minute for 10 minutes, then 1mg each minute for 6 hours, finally 0.5mg each minute for 18 hours to a few days,controling securely of the deathful arrhythmia was the standard of the durative time.Results 88.9% Patients with ventricular arrhythmia were under controled within 2 weeks, the residual part of 11% patients were given Amiodarone continuously, 0.2g each time and 4 times daily, whereafter ventricular arrhythmia were under controled. A few of adverse drug reactions of Amiodarone were found.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Amiodarone for myocardial infarction intercurrent ventricular arrhythmia was available and safe.
