屈指肌腱损伤显微外科修复及功能锻炼23例

目的：探讨屈指肌腱损伤后早期显微修复及在支具辅助下的功能锻炼的效果。方法手屈指肌腱损伤23例，显微外科早期修复肌腱、修复后采用物理因子治疗及辅助支具帮助下的功能锻炼。结果术后随访3~12个月，按TAM法评定患指功能，优13例，良6例，中3例，差1；优良率83%。结论屈指肌腱行早期显微外科修复及辅助支具帮助下功能锻炼，手功能恢复的优良率较高。

23 cases of microsurgical repair of flexor tendon injury and functional training

Objective To investigate the effect of early microsurgical repair after flexor tendon injury and exercise by the assisted of functional brace. Methods 23 cases of hand flexor tendon injury using early microsurgical repair and after repair using physical therapy and exercises by the help of functional brace. Results The patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months, according to TAM method for evaluation, excellent in 13 cases, good in 6 cases, , poor in 3 cases;excellent rate of 83%. Conclusion The earlier flexor tendon microsurgery repair and exercise assisted by functional brace, the higher rate of excellent recovery of hand function.
