电子脉冲联合玻璃酸钠关节腔灌注治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果观察与护理

目的]探讨电子脉冲联合玻璃酸钠关节腔灌注治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法]将80例膝骨性关节炎病人随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用电子脉冲联合玻璃酸钠关节腔灌注治疗,对照组单纯采用玻璃酸钠关节腔灌注治疗,比较两组病人的治疗效果。结果]观察组、对照组有效率分别为9 7.5%和82.5%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]电子脉冲联合玻璃酸钠关节腔灌注治疗膝骨性关节炎比单纯采用玻璃酸钠关节腔灌注治疗效果显著。

Observation on clinical effect of electronic pulse combined with intra-articular infusion with sodium hyaluronate for treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients and nursing care of it

Objective：To probe into the clinical effect of electronic pulse combined with articular infusion with sodium hyaluronate for treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods：A total of 80cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40cases in each.Patients in observation group received electronic pulses combined to articular sodium hyaluronate infusion therapy, the patients in control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate intraarticular infusion therapy,then the therapeutic effect was compared between both groups.Results：the efficient rate was respectively 97.5% and 82.5%in observation group and control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of electronic pulse combined with articular infusion with sodium hyaluronate for treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients is more significant than that of intra-articular sodium hyaluronate infusion therapy.
