两种尿沉渣自动分析仪的结果比较

目的：对两种尿沉渣自动分析仪的结果进行研究并加以分析。方法在清晨随机抽取本院120例患者的清洁中段尿液，将混合均匀的尿液平均分成两份。一份尿液使用型号为IRIS IQ-200自动分析仪（简称IQ-200）检测尿沉渣指标；另一份尿液使用型号为UF-100自动分析仪（简称UF-100）检测尿沉渣指标。结果使用IQ-200自动分析仪分析120例患者尿液中的红细胞，检出率高达37.50%，显著高于UF-100自动分析仪得出的红细胞检出率，具有显著差异（P＆lt;0.05）。结论使用IQ-200自动分析仪对患者尿液尿沉渣进行检测分析，红细胞检出效果明显，值得在临床广泛推广应用。

Comparison of two kinds of automatic urinary sediment analyzer results

Objective To study and analyze the two kinds of automatic urinary sediment analyzer results. Methods In the early morning in our hospital were randomly selected 120 patients with cleaning middle urine, the urine was mixed evenly into two equal parts. A urine using models for IRIS IQ-200 automatic analyzer （IQ-200） urinary sediment examination index;another urine using model UF-100 automatic analyzer （UF-100） urinary sediment examination index. Results The use of IQ-200 automatic analyzer in 120 patients with red blood cells in the urine, the rate was 37.50%, significantly higher than that of UF-100 automatic analyzer that red blood cell detection rate, with significant difference （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Detection and analysis of the urine of patients with urinary sediment using IQ-200 automatic analyzer, red cell detection effect is obvious, it is worth in clinical widely used.
