目的 探讨经十二指肠Oddi括约肌切开成形术的适应证和手术技术。方法 1984-1999年，经十二指肠Oddi括约肌切开成形术168例，全组随访130例，随访时间1-10年，随访率77.278%(130/168)。结果 术后近期并发症12例，远期5例，死亡2例。效果优良率为91.76%(119/130)。结论 严格掌握适应证，熟练操作技巧，90%以上经十二指肠Oddi括约肌切开成形术病例可以达到令人满意的临床效果。

Investigation of the indication and technique for transdudenal sphincteroplasty:a clinical analysis of up for 168 cases

Objective To investigate the indication and technique of the transdudenal sphincteroplasty.Methods One hundred and sixty-eight consecutive patients undergoing transdudenal sphincteroplasty between February 1984 and July 2001 were included in this study.A total of 130 patients were followed 5~10 years (means 5 4 years ),the follow-up rate was 77 27%(130/168).Results The early complications occurred in 12 cases,five patients had the late complications and the death occurred in 2 cases.Conclusion Our limited experience indicates that up to 90% cases of transdudenal sphincteroplasty can achieve satisfactory results,provided that the patients are selected with appropriate indication and the operation is carried out with optimal technique.
