系统性红斑狼疮累及胸部的CT诊断

目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮累及胸部的CT表现特征,提高对其的认识及诊断准确率。材料与方法:对16例经临床证实的系统性红斑狼疮胸部病变的CT表现进行分析研究。结果:女性14例,男性2例。年龄16-53岁,平均为24.5岁。累及两侧胸部且合并肺纹理增强16例,胸腔积液14例,心包积液11例,肺内磨玻璃征11例,其余CT表现主要为肺内索条影、胸膜下线、网格状、小蜂窝状改变、片状、絮状、粟粒状结节、肺实变以及肺动脉高压等。结论:系统性红斑狼疮累及胸部CT表现复杂多变,影像表现主要为间质性改变及胸膜、心包病变,CT对其诊断及指导治疗有重要价值。

CT Diagnosis of Thoracic in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Purpose：To improve the diagnostic level by investigating the thoracic CT features of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）.Materials and Methods：16 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）confirmed by clinical were analyzed.Results：14 Females,2 males.The age arranged from 16 to 53 years and means 24.5 years.CT imagings showed bilateral changes in thoracic and thickening of bronchovascular bundles in all the cases.pleural effusion in 14 cases,pericardial effusion in 11 cases.ground glass appearance in 11 cases.The other findings included fibrosis,reticulated lesion,microhoneycombing,patchy,cottony,multi-nodule,lung consolidation and pulmonary hypertension etcetera.Conclusion：The thoracic CT features of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）are varied and the main features are interstitial lung disease,pleuritis and pericarditis.CT can provide the important value for the clinical diagnosis and cure by analysing the thoracic imaging features of the SLE.
