| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非手术因素对颞叶癫病人手术治疗的影响及应对策略。方法对10个月门诊筛查的67例颞叶癫病人进行问卷式调查,针对颞叶癫病人手术治疗的非手术因素进行调查分析。结果癫病史2~26年,平均8.3年,非正规治疗史43例(64.1%)。其他医院诊断为颞叶癫仅24例(35.8%)。知道手术可治疗癫32例(47.8%),其中由医生告知可行外科手术11例(16.4%),通过媒体和病友介绍21例(31.3%)。不愿接受手术治疗20例(30.0%),其中因经济原因13例,害怕手术7例。结论病人及基层医师对颞叶癫及其正确治疗的认识不够是造成病人延误治疗的主要因素,病人心理因素和经济拮据也是重要原因。加强癫科普宣传,特别是推广《癫诊疗指南》有助于解决这些问题。
